Paul’s passion for real estate began at the age of 16, when he learned the nuances of managing large multi-family properties under the guidance of his father. His early experiences—such as maintaining boilers and handling property upkeep—instilled values of integrity, resilience, and excellence, which continue to shape his career.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from St. John’s University, where he was a goalkeeper for the school’s nationally ranked Division I soccer team. He has also played semi-professional soccer in the NYC Cosmopolitan League and competes in the Connecticut State Men’s League.

Paul lives in Greenwich, CT, with his wife, Ardelina, and their three young children. He is deeply involved in family life and community activities. He remains committed to coaching, participating in his children’s activities, and engaging with local and professional communities. Paul is an active member of the Tri-State Albanian Community and contributes to several real estate and philanthropic organizations.
